Settings

Configure your company profile, email preferences, and role permissions. Only Admin users can access Settings.

Company information

Go to Settings → Company to set up your organisation's details. These appear on all invoices and PDFs.

Company NameYour trading or registered business name. Printed on all invoices.
ABN / Tax IDYour business registration or tax number.
AddressYour registered business address. Appears on invoice headers.
Phone / EmailBusiness contact details on outgoing invoices and emails.
LogoUpload your company logo (PNG or JPG, recommended 300×100px). Appears on invoices and the tenant portal header.
Invoice PrefixPrefix for invoice numbers, e.g. "INV-" produces INV-0001, INV-0002.
Default Payment TermsDefault due date offset for new invoices (e.g. Net 30 = due 30 days after invoice date).
CurrencyYour billing currency. Shown on all invoices.
TimezoneAll dates and times in the system use this timezone.

Email settings

Go to Settings → Email to configure how system emails are sent.

FieldDescription
From NameThe name that appears in the "From" field of outgoing emails.
From EmailThe reply-to email address for customer emails.
SMTP HostYour mail server hostname (leave blank to use the system default mailer).
SMTP PortTypically 587 (TLS) or 465 (SSL).
SMTP Username / PasswordCredentials for your outgoing mail server.

Role permissions

Go to Settings → Roles to view and edit what each role can access. Each permission controls one area of the system.

Permissions include: Orders, Shipments, Loads, Contacts, Carriers, Locations, Invoices, Documents, Reports, Users, and Settings. Toggle each on or off per role. Changes take effect immediately for all users in that role.

Note: Only Admins can change role permissions. If you need access to a module, ask your Admin to update your role.
Tip: After setting up your company profile, download a test invoice to make sure your logo, address, and tax details appear correctly before sending your first real invoice to a customer.
