Contacts
Contacts stores everyone you do business with — your customers, the vendors you buy from, and agents who refer freight to you.
Contact types
Customer
Companies or individuals who book freight with you. Customers are required when creating orders.
Vendor
Suppliers and service providers you pay — customs brokers, port agents, warehouses.
Agent
Partners or agents who refer freight to you, often in other regions or countries.
A contact can have multiple types — for example, a company that both books freight with you and refers clients to you can be both Customer and Agent.
